FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q1 - Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

  • Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are registered with us, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'. To protect our customers all orders are subject to standard fraud checks. Please note that if your order is not UK Mainland then we will only deliver to your registered card address or your account address.

 

Q2  - What happens if I am out when the delivery courier comes?

  • All orders will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the couriers will leave a card for you to call to locate your parcel. If postman has left the card then the parcel will be returned to your local post office for you to collect or rearrange using the reference number by going to Royal Mail’s website.

 

Q3 - Can I cancel or change my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order please inform us by one of these: email us at sales@tecpaq.com. You may also cancel by informing us by calling us on +44 (0)20 7078 7360. If you are cancelling because of a problem with the goods please inform us at the time of cancellation.

 

Q4 - When will I receive confirmation of my order?

  • You will receive email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. Once a consignment number has been allocated you will receive despatch confirmation with your email. Please note that we may also send invoice with the dispatch email. Should you wish invoice not be included, please supply us with a different email at the time of placing your order.

 

Q5 - I'm ordering from Northern Ireland how long can I expect to wait for delivery?

  • Delivery to Northern Ireland is usually within 2-6 working days.

 

Q6 - Can I get delivery to countries outside the UK?

  • Yes we are able to deliver to other countries within the EU and Worldwide. However, we do not delivery to very country in the world. Countries are listed at the time of placing your order, if your country is not listed then we do not deliver to such countries. For orders other then UK mainland, we only deliver to registered card address or account address.
